A boutique construction consultancy is looking for is for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Esher, Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a forward thinking private practice, that will give you the support and exposure you need to progress within the industry.

The role

The successful candidate will have property / construction related degree, that is ideally RICS accredited. This role would suit someone with experience within a property of construction consultancy, but also someone from a contracting background who has the client facing abilities required in a consultancy role.

The successful individual will be working on a variety of projects within the residential, commercial and education sectors, so knowledge of the project lifecycle and pre & post contract work is desirable.

You will be working directly with senior members of staff and be given all the training and support you need, including APC support to enhance your development.
