About the role

The Recruitment team at Elder is responsible for ensuring that we are able to bring on high-quality, enthusiastic carers with a passion for delivering care across the UK.

As the company expands, we’re looking for ambitious self-starters to help scale our recruitment process and onboard new carers onto the platform, as well as work to re-engage carers who currently sit within the Elder carer community.

This role would suit someone who is looking to work in a people-facing role and gain experience in the foundations of business, operations and stakeholder management, whilst exercising recruitment and account management skills.

The right person will be a driven self-starter, motivated by Elder’s mission : versatile, adaptable, and confident interacting with candidates on a daily basis.

What you’ll be responsible for :

  • Pipeline management - relationship building, screening and interviewing of carers
  • Setting carers up for success - managing new carers into their first placement with Elder by developing their online profile and highlighting their strengths
  • Carer contact - proactively reaching out to carers and telling the Elder story, vision and mission
  • Liaising with carers - handling phone and email inquiries and requests from carers
  • Re-engagement and account management - working to cultivate an ongoing relationship between current carers and HQ, and building on this relationship to help carers successfully secure placements
  • Individual metrics - maintaining individual metrics to help contribute to the overall team targets
  • Need to have

  • Experience working with recruitment funnels / customer success and / or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for people
  • An ability to work in an organised and detail orientated manner
  • Confidence working independently and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • An ability to multitask, prioritise and manage your time effectively
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed
  • Nice to have

  • Experience in the healthcare sector
  • Good command of Google Docs and Sheets / Excel
