Maintain commitment to continuous quality improvement
Deliver processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and NHSrequirements and best practice
Support the development, implementation, monitoring and review of procedures, guidelines and training in relation to complaints, concerns, comments and compliments to ensure patients, services users and carers get the best possible outcome and where change and improvement is needed, there is evidence of it happening
Produce routine, periodic and ad hoc analysis and reports for Executive committee, parent Company, frontline staff and others as required
Contribute to the development and delivery of the organisation's business planning with priorities and deliverables which support the achievement of corporate objectives
Contribute to the design and delivery of quality, risk, clinical governanceand compliance training programmes

Serious Incident Management, Investigation & Duty of Candour
Support the monitoring and review of governance polices
Support key stakeholders to ensure the notification of serious incidents to the appropriate external agencies including the CQC, DSP Toolkit, National Patient Safety Agency, the National Security Reporting System, the Health and Safety Executive, insurers and commissioners
