Wakefield Council are offering a unique opportunity to join our Intelligence and Technology, Technical Customer Support Team and build your ICT and customer service skills and knowledge.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for ICT who is eager to learn. The post holder will work closely with Technical Support Officers who provide 1st and 2nd line ICT technical support and problem resolution to the entire council and some external partners.
The post is based at Pontefract but you may be required to work from other locations in the District.
