Radian Group has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Compliance to join our team based in Eastleigh . You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £41,500 - £50,800 per annum.

The Head of Compliance role :

We are looking for a Head of Compliance to lead on the delivery of 5,000 planned homes across a five-year period.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Development, you will be tasked with managing a high performing customer care and project support team of 12 officers.

In this role you will be expected to :

  • Operate within agreed budgets and contractual restraints
  • Manage and motivate a team of 12 officers
  • Engage in stakeholder management of internal and external customers, including contractors and national housebuilders delivering customer care service in line with internal KPIs and organisational goals
  • Take ownership of the customer care process for all new homes of all new build projects including market sale and affordable housing schemes
  • What we’re looking for in our Head of Compliance :

  • A strong background in dispute resolution with excellent negotiation skills
  • An exceptional track record of dealing with and resolving customer complaints in the residential sector
  • A background in a residential construction-related environment
