Data Analyst is responsible for data consolidation, data analysis, and management reporting. Utilizes software to generate metrics and develops actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities : Create, manage, and maintain reports required to support the business’s needs. Researches and uses creativity to meet reporting requirements.
Maintain working knowledge of the database structure, data elements and structured query language. Build data models to illustrate trends and anticipate future performance.
Strive to increase productivity. Manage all Amcare resource planning Working hours & Location Collaborates with various business units to achieve business results.
This includes but, not limited to, inbound and outbound calls and Prescription sales order management across 7 DAC licenses.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Competencies Two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills Ability to read and interpret written information. Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques The ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualizations.
