Our research and application development team have a new position for a scientist working to introduce novel in vitro assays to extend the functionality of our technologies.

We are working with Octet and Pioneer molecular analysis instrumentation. These platforms are market leaders, helping scientists in molecular research labs innovate and create new solutions.

What you will accomplish together with us :

Designing, assembling, conducting and analysing biomolecular interactions and cell-based assays to improve the functionality of the Octet, iQue and Incucyte platforms

Developing new reagents, protocols and software solutions as well as involving advanced cell models and analyses

Conducting, troubleshooting, analysing and summarising data from cell-based experiments

Participating in new product development and improving existing product ranges

Collaborating with a range of internal and customer facing functions including product management, marketing and field sales support

Expanding collaboration with many renowned commercial and academic partners

What will convince us :

A degree in a life sciences discipline or equivalent; masters or PhD are desirable

Relevant laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech or academic environment

Experience in mammalian cell culture and microtiter-plate based methods including ELISA

Highly competent in assay design and data interpretation

Experience in protein analysis bio-layer interferometry or SPR flow cytometry and / or live-cell analysis is desirable

Pharmacological analyses experience is desirable

Strong communication and networking skills

Capable of working in a team

Able to mentor others
