I trained as a CWP in Enfield and I was really pleased to stay on and work as a qualified CWP. If I had to choose my favourite thing about working here, it’s the opportunities I’ve been given to really shape my role and the autonomy to do work which is based on my interests and strengths.
It’s a small but close knit CWP team, and a lovely, friendly wider EPS and SEWS service. I’ve learnt so much and feel really integrated into the team through our fortnightly huddles and other interest-based groups you can join.
Please apply, I’m looking forward to welcoming you to our team!
