To conduct audits of soft service cleaning and estates cleaning in line with the contract, accuracy and honesty drive our compliance, this role is key to in holding ourselves accountable.
The Internal Compliance Auditor will champion compliance with a hands-on approach to achieve professional standards.
Work with the Senior Auditor to conduct regular and planned Audits across the group of hospitals
Conduct audits in line with The National Standards of cleanliness, Mitie operating standards, and the Trusts policy.
Be able to react flexibly to snap Audits from the Quality Manager and Estates Management teams
A high level of interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as part of a team collaborating with both the local team and relevant head office departments.
Work independently when conducting audits
Work and plan activities for the Reactive and Estates cleaners.
Knowledge Skills & Experience
Experience within soft services, cleaning is essential
Polite, professional, articulate, outgoing and a confident communicator (both written and verbal).
Keen eye for detail.
