We are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to join our successful sales team, operating as a crucial contributor to business growth by targeting new business in select markets with our core technology partners.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of business development and working closely with the Design and Operations teams, the overarching objective will be to execute a plan and secure new corporate contracts.

The dominant attributes of the role can be summarised as follows :

  • Develop and execute a business development plan, ensure that all sales and commercial targets are delivered and that the full potential of the target customer set is realised.
  • Work in conjunction with Sales and Operational peers in identifying, developing and delivering all prospective business.
  • Work with the functional teams on major bids and implementations to achieve the gross margin expectations and market differentiation.
  • This ideal individual will be a proven and inspirational business developer with a strong network and understanding of the commercial, operational and technical aspects of the security market, capable of working at board level to understand key issues and influence change.
