What will I be doing?

We are looking for a new member to join the product management team. Members of this team are based in Stoke (UK), France (Paris) and Spain (Madrid).

You would be a product Engineer, reporting to the product manager, in charge of the product ranges dedicated to Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics Markets.

After your initial training with a senior product manager, you would be involved in support for tenders and orders for our star standard product range, the ORION , a purified Water treatment system dedicated to pharma market.

You would also be in charge of the IonPro LX product rangemanagement as well as leading development of new standard product ranges for Pharma and cosmetics markets (SENSA, Quattro, new version of Ionpro).

The Product engineer is a polyvalent member of SOLYS, acting as conductor with various stakeholders (internal customers, end-users, suppliers, customer service, marketing, production, supply chain, ).

part of the technical department, working closely with CAD and C&I teams.

  • Main tasks are;
  • Develop, Design, standardize and improve skid-mounted units
  • Promote our products and offers inside and outside Veolia
  • Investigate regularly on the expectations of our clients in different markets (Pharma, Power, Food & Beverage, Municipal, ) and the innovations of our suppliers
  • Support Stoke-On-Trent workshop to manufacture and improve Standard Products
  • Support Business Development team by guiding client in product selection and potentially defining required modification for specific site needs (tender and execution phases)
  • Produce and manage technical and sales documentation for several product lines
  • Support Veolia’s Business Units around the world to sell, install and operate the products
  • Do I have what it takes?

    Must haves......

  • Qualified preferably with a relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience and skills in Process Water treatment (Chemical Process, Hydraulic, Design, Engineering).
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical market is desirable. It becomes a must if skills in process water treatment are only basic and must be strengthened during initial training period in SOLYS.
  • Experience of project management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to express information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel / Word) and Google suite would be desirable.
