Your Impact :
We currently have exciting opportunities right across the UK for Strategy & Transformation Consultants to work across some of the most high-profile and largest infrastructure programmes and projects across the UK and Europe.
About the opportunity
You will typically support our clients to define and deliver value-yielding improvements across their businesses through the clear definition of outcomes, organisational design, transformational change, process development, integration and collaboration, programme management and stakeholder engagement.
You will also be engaged in developing businesses cases for funding and transformation activities, moving into delivery of those business case programmes / projects.

This role often involves supporting the design and facilitation of workshops for our clients and stakeholders to problem solve, explore solutions and achieve buy-in and support for the agreed outcome.
You will often work in small teams (frequently cross-discipline Jacobs teams that may include client colleagues) towards successful delivery of both client and Jacobs’ outcomes.
