The role of a Hotel Operations and Retail Manager is unique to P&O Cruises, and you would be have the opportunity to interact with all of the guests on board, identifying and developing the guest experience, ensuring unforgettable holiday happiness! Also you would need to ensure that you and your teams on board are maximising the revenue potential of the revenue streams, such as retail and spa, and that relevant opportunities and efficiencies are identified through effective planning.
