As a commis chef working 50 hrs a week you will be responsible for preparing and running a section of the kitchen working directly alongside the senior sous or head.
Suitable prior experience, good references, a can do team attitude and a mode of transport due to our location, which is just north of Brighton between Hurstpierpoint and Henfield, near Albourne.

Salary : £18,000.00 to £20,000.00 / year subject to experience
