Galliford Try Facilities Management are looking for an Administrator. The candidate will provide preferred planned maintenance (PPM) administrative support services on a day to day basis to the Surrey Police projects and further support to the Midlands and South FM project teams
Please note that this is initially a 6 month fixed term contract
Working closely with the Computer Aided FM (CAFM) Administrator ensuring all PPM’s are issued in a timely manner
Working with the supply chain identify expiry dates of PPMs
Working closely with CAFM Administrator ensure PPM schedule is accurate
Ensuring the fluidity of PPM’s being issued to the correct resource / contractor
Ensuring PPM’s are completed and closed in a timely manner to ensure compliance across the Surrey Police Estate
Ensuring all PPM remedials are captured and logged for corrective works
Ensuring PPM remedial corrective works are completed in a timely manner
Capture and collate PPM certification
Report non-conformity issues to Contract Manager
Working closely with Contract Manager review PPM’s verses difficult to access sites and if necessary amend schedule with CAFM Administrator to avoid exposure
Working with CAFM Manager and Contract Manager develop PPM Compliance Reporting Dashboard
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage own time
Ability to work alone as well as in a team
Proficient with Windows 10 complimented with strong IT skills
Previous experience with working with PPM would be advantageous
Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check
