About the Product team
Driving elements of the TalkTalk connectivity product portfolio, with responsibility for both in-life performance and the development roadmap.
As the roll-out and take-up of superfast and ultrafast fibre broadband increase, we are looking for an individual who can manage the TalkTalk entry into the market, be the voice of broadband in TalkTalk Consumer division, own the customer experience for connectivity products and drive the development and competitiveness of our offering.
How will I add value in this role?
This role will maximise the performance of the products, whilst managing the customer experience to achieve improving customer metrics, resulting in increasing profitability.
It is also essential to work alongside data insight to manage continuous improvements of the product with all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in discovering and developing new technology product ideas, strategic product extensions, or enhancements to existing products for the translation of research discoveries into usable and marketable products.
Experience in leading, planning and tracking all phases of the technology product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace are crucial.
Commercial acumen is a must, alongside ability to manage product P&L, as well as understanding of and driving improvements in customer experience.
