  • Here’s the facts about the role :

    As Land Manager, you’ll assist in identifying and appraisals of land led development opportunities and associated strategies to meet VIVID’s development objectives.

    You’ll negotiate and finalise land and S106 contracts, progressing sites through to procurement stage.

    You’ll assist in ensuring the overall development programme and provide a mix of new homes and tenures to ensure our ongoing viability that our new homes delivery objectives are achieved in accordance with our financial plans and targets.

    You’ll understand the market in our core areas of operation and the opportunities for growth advising the Land and New Business Director on business strategy implications for VIVID.

    You’ll review the housing needs of existing and future VIVID customers and the needs of the community in new areas of targeted growth and the desired overall programme mix in the Development Strategy.

    You’ll need to demonstrate a confident and outgoing nature and be able to seek out new opportunities and deliver projects with the ability to communicate well across a variety of audiences and situations along with excellent negotiating and influencing skills.

    You’ll have had proven experience in social housing or private sector in development. The key to success in this role is tenacity, enthusiasm and a real passion to drive the business growth!
