Job Description

  • Responsible to the Deloitte Senior Technical Manager Property & Corporate Services.
  • Responsible to the Mitie Programme Manager
  • Responsible for the delivery of the Deloitte Projects as directed by the client both London based and Regionally.
  • Responsible for the delivery of moves and office re-locations as directed by the client both London based and Regionally,
  • Responsible for the execution of the projects to both time across the national portfolio of offices
  • Attendance at numerous meeting both Mitie and Client led
  • To deputise for the Programme Manager during his / her absence

  • Execution of Projects from initial instruction to delivery.
  • Collating and submitting project quotes to the client ensuring value for money and where appropriate competitive tendering.
  • Responsible for ensuring the necessary POs are raised with Mitie Procurement and ensuring the PO is delivered to the supplier in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for overseeing the BAU process from the start of the cycle to its completion.
  • Responsive for all the moves and office reconfigurations from a staff move and strip out perspective from both London and Regionally.
  • If required also responsible for the co-ordination of the electrical, AV and cabling aspects of moves and re-configurations both in London and Regionally.
  • Collation and delivery of reports in the absence of the Programme Manager.
  • In the absence of the Programme Manager, to host the weekly project catch up call with the Senior Technical Partner Deloitte.
  • Host but not chair the BAU weekly meetings.
  • Attend the WPP Projects update meeting.
  • Attend communications meetings
  • Attend Mitie / Deloitte variable application meetings.
  • Mitie projects representative for the Monthly Lift meetings.
  • Administrative responsibility for the Mitie Project Team.
  • Develop London and Regional project analysis as necessary Health & Safety and best value for money’ always at the core.
  • To manage a proactive positive Health & Safety Culture and ensure consistent standards are maintained including the use of CDM for construction projects.
  • To assist with engaging with, influencing and driving continuous improvement of all key stakeholders across the account.
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent personal skills with both the clients team and Mitie.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • PRINCE 2 Project Management trained
  • Ability to grasp and understand a number of complex projects / moves at any one time.
  • Be prepared to work weekends and evenings as part of the project moves programme.
