About the role

Join us as a Customer Service Representative and you’ll spend your time taking inbound calls from our customers about everything from home and pet insurance quotes to policy transfers, alterations, cancellations and direct debits.

But ours isn’t an average call centre, what makes us different is that we truly understand what matters to our customers and we’re committed to doing the right thing for each and every one of them.

So instead of being heavily target-based, success here is measured on the experience you offer customers and how you make them feel.

It can be fast paced but we’ll ensure you’re up to speed with our products and industry leading approach, so you’re empowered to resolve every call in the best way possible.

We’re open for our customers from Monday to Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.

Our working hours reflect that :

  • Your shifts will vary on a weekly basis to cover these hours (rotas are provided 4-6 weeks in advance).
  • You’ll work 35 hours a week and one Saturday in every three.
  • There’s a 12 week training plan covering all systems, products and processes used. Full attendance is required for the first 4-5 weeks.
  • The start date for this role will be April 2020.

  • Have the ability to empathise and share our passion for providing stand-out customer service.
  • Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, with good attention to detail so that you can relate to our customers.
  • Have a strong work ethic and relish the opportunities for self-development.
  • Be passionate, proactive and comfortable working in a busy, buzzy environment.
  • Please be aware that we will require satisfactory pre-employment evidence to include DBS, Financial Probity and Fraud checks, before you can commence employment with us.
