To provide legal counsel on Client & Supplier contractual documentation across Europe, act as regional legal lead in large multi-
national Client opportunities, enforcing legal consistency in the region whilst providing legal support on internal services documentation.
What you'll be doing
Client and Supplier Contractual Duties
Advise, assist or Lead on Client legal negotiations, including the reviewing and drafting of all legal documentation
Regional legal advisor on Client and supplier contractual matters to the countries in Europe,
Ability to act as a virtual country legal advisor, especially to those countries who do not have internal legal skills, and liaise with external legal counsel as and when required
Ensuring that all relevant Client and supplier contractual documents are uploaded onto the Global Contracts Portal
Legal support to the bid management function to ensure consistency is achieved on legal matters
Anticipation and guarding against legal risks facing the company in large complex commercial transactions
Ownership of the European Version of the Global Master Services Agreement
Working with the Head of EU Legal to provide feedback and guidance on EU country positions and challenges in regard to the Global MSA
Working with each country to compile an Adoption Agreement specific to each country for the MSA
Update the region on changes or amendments to business laws an all locals, advise how this may affect the business and provide plans to address changes
Provide legal support for new services being released within the EU region
Take responsibility for reviewing and tracking intercompany agreements in the EU region
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Fluency in French and / or German and an excellent level of English is required
