Job Purpose Be responsible for capital raising and investor relations in Europe with a prime focus on UK and DACH countries

Key Accountabilities

  • Defining and implementing the distribution strategy for each country depending on market situation and specific investors constraints
  • Implementing in each country, depending on AXA IM and AXA IM Real Assets distribution organization, the capital raising strategy by mobilising and coordinating AXA IM and AXA Real Estate sales teams
  • Improve the knowledge of Key Focus Accounts, populating the Key Focus Accounts list so we can offer JVs.
  • Respect anti money laundering and KYC requirements
  • Reinforce sound and effective risk management in line with the Risk and Compliance Objectives & Measures Framework
  • Education / Qualifications

  • Engineer or business school with specialization or master in Finance or Real Estate ideally
  • Experience

  • Successful experience and track record in capital raising and building long term relationship in his / her coverage markets and proven ability to gain new clients and initiate new products
  • existing and accessible investor network base with relevant local institutional investors and consultants
  • If possible proven experience in the real estate industry, gained within a financial / investment / management consulting environment, in a Sales, Fund management or Transactions position
  • Full understanding of various products, such as funds (regulated, non-regulated, open ended, closed ended, joint ventures, club deals etc.
  • to act as a credible product specialist and client advisor on various levels

    Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of the asset management industry and business model
  • Business development acumen and results oriented
  • German (ideal) and English fluent (a must)
  • A strong communicator with both written and oral expertise.
