Established over 30 years ago, our client is one of the leading independent consultancies specialising in Acoustics. Working with small building firms to large international companies, they boast a close-

knit team of highly experienced Acousticians. They are currently looking for an office manager to support the current consultants, including admin, management and marketing duties.

Candidate Specification

  • 5 years’ or more office experience
  • Working as a team and good at building lasting relationships
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage workload
  • Social Media Experience
  • Blog Writing
  • Experience with programs such as Xero and Scheduleit
  • Our client is looking for someone to be able to ensure all office appointments and documents are kept in order. You will be maintaining a good client relationship, bookkeeping, assisting in marketing campaigns and generally overseeing the smooth running of day to day operations.
