As a previously experienced Branch Manager, we would expect you to be able to build new client relationships, pick up existing client relationships, and maximise revenue through quality of instructions
Understands and predicts market trends across Area business streams in order to react / forecast appropriately
Marketing experience; understands and responds to Area requirements
Champions and conducts the basics; canvassing, prospecting, social media, video, 5 star reviews, door knocking.
Assess, appraise, evaluate; challenge the status quo
Moves the business forward; builds & sustains Long Term Performance & Capacity
What’s on offer to you as a Lettings Partner
On Target Earnings of £50,000+. Basic annual salary up to £26,000, depending on your experience + guaranteed monthly amount whilst you build your pipeline for months 1-6, from £1,000 up to £3,000.
Uncapped Commission scheme, to be detailed further during interview process.
Remote working, based in the Camberwell area. You must reside in this area.

Your main duties as a Lettings Partner
To contribute and support the Lettings Director in devising the Area strategy that ensures profitable growth and continuous improvement within the Area.
Specific focus will be applied to the role relevant KPIs, and Growth of Market Share within the defined territory.
Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but adhered to.
Ensures the Area adheres to the Spicerhaart Way’.
Effectively implements Company and Business Policy within the Area.
Represents the Area (is known as the professional face of the Area both internally and externally).
Ensuring the implementation of and compliance with the operational planning and financial control systems.
Regular monitoring of the Area operating and financial results against plans and budgets, with an aim to improve and increase profitability.
With the agreement of the Lettings Director, takes remedial action where necessary.
Accountable for the legal and commercial compliance throughout the business.
Throughout the Area, creates a universal knowledge and understanding and commits to the adoption of HR process and best practices.
Takes personal accountability.
Ensures engagement in local marketing initiatives.
Establishes, owns and is responsible for the results of the internal audit and compliance processes within their area.
Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to, and all reporting is carried out in compliance and legislation and company policies and procedures.
Takes responsibility for the Brands reputation within the public forum.
Forms part of, and contributes richly, to the Divisional Management team.
Works independently, and motivates oneself to enhance productivity.
Collaborating with your peers across divisions, and business areas to build networks and relationships whilst also identifying opportunities for referrals.
Maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants and our Property Management Team
Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal and engage with your audience to maximize your reach
Identifies and implements initiatives to improve the Area for the short, medium and longer term
