We’re looking for an exceptional Talent Management Specialist to join our fast-growing team at Cazoo and support our Technology function.
At Cazoo we are helping to transform the automotive industry and our goal is to make buying, selling or leasing a car as simple as any other product online today.
Cazoo's Product and Technology teams are growing at a spectacular rate. We have hundreds of team members and dozens of teams, based in three locations - London, Lisbon and Munich.
With such a rapidly evolving landscape we have identified the need for a talented, collaborative and highly numerate Talent Planning Specialist to lead the coordination of our allocation of people to teams, our hiring and onboarding, managing the complex choreography of inter-team movements and how they impact our work, as well as co-ordinating financial reporting with the finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced environment with innovative and engaged stakeholders. You will have full support to make decisions that will significantly raise the maturity of our Workforce and Talent Management strategy and improve the career experience of Cazoo employees.
