Aerospace and Defence Engineering business are currently seeking a Document Administrator to join them on a permanent basis, this is must work for businesses supplying key aspects of Aircraft and Defence Manufacturing sites globally.

The role : - Support day to day PLM operations including but not limited to setting up new accounts, assisting users and uploading documents.

  • Review of documentation for issue to ensure that appropriate paperwork has been fully completed.- Assisting in the reproduction of drawings and external documentation.
  • Maintenance of the document registers and issuing of numbers- Maintaining all specifications internal or external. Such as, customer specifications, BSI, SAE, ASTM etc.
  • Maintain data sources, such as, BSI portal.- Proactively find and identify areas for improvement and then to implement the solutions.

    Opportunities for improvement should be discussed with TGL.- Responsible for the correct use and safe keeping of all equipment provided for carrying out the day to day job function.

  • General administration including but not limited to : Order and arrange delivery of stationery and maintenance of equipment.
