Job Description :
As Client Service Supervisor, you will lead the client servicing team to achieve overall client satisfaction and serve as a point of escalation for complex issues.
Areas of focus may include Fund Accounting, Administration and Custody disciplines and the applicable product offering for assigned client relationships.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring 2-4 Client Service Representatives and Senior Client Service Representatives.
