Our Manufacturing and Industrial Team are working on several very high profile facilities in the North of England and due to continual growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager.

Role Purpose :

In this role, you will act as the Project Manager on the construction of a large Manufacturing facilities, often new builds but refurbishments too, where we are providing the full suite of Professional Services including Project Management, Cost Management & Planning.

Our commissions also include full design so the role would include collaborating with the internal multi-discipline team.

Responsibilities include :

  • Coordinating the multi-disciplinary team pre-contract and post contract on site
  • Fully supporting the client’s own Project Manager as required
  • Stakeholder management
  • Risk management
  • Programme management
  • Employer’s Agent
  • Lead on budget and change management.
  • Collaborative team ethos, working with multi-discipline teams

    About You

  • A strong construction professional with previous Employers Agent experience, ideally from a Consultancy background
  • Minimum 5 years experience in complex led construction projects, preferably with manufacturing clients.
  • Project Management experience on major projects with values in the range of £5-20 million
  • Preferably Chartered or working towards with a plan to sit imminently.
  • A passion for embracing digital delivery
