Global Markets, Data Quality Unit team is seeking a Business Analyst / UAT Lead based in London to lead the Agreement Data Processing -

Data Quality Unit in change related activities to allow the digitizing and extracting key attributes from historic and newly signed or amended legal agreements, including but not limited to OTC, Repo, Prime Brokerage, Listed Derivatives and Stock Borrow Loan Agreements.

  • Achieve full front to back working knowledge of the overall process to provide seamless coverage as a process SME
  • Review and analyse legal agreements, including but not limited to OTC, Repo, Stock Borrow Loan and Listed Derivatives documentation
  • Liaison with change partners, Solutions & Delivery, to ensure BOW is updated and prioritized correctly
  • Lead UAT activities, across the global change team, to ensure defects have correct visibility and priority
  • Understand and prioritize process and training needs
  • Involved in DQU change functionality from initiation of Change Requests through to deployment activities
  • Provide input into the strategic development and build of the End to End process
  • Maintain firm control standards for the team by ensuring compliance with process dashboards, checklists and KRI reporting
  • Ability to identify and raise risk and control failure in the process
  • Dedicatedly handle critical issues to ensure transparency and resolution
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working.

    You Offer

  • Proven industry experience
  • Good understanding of operations processing
  • Understanding or experience in User Acceptance Testing
  • Knowledge of trade documentation or collateral management desirable, not essential
  • Knowledge of ongoing regulations such as BCBS IOSCO, MIFID II desirable, not essential
  • Operational minded as the clause extraction process is embedded within a workflow and relies heavily on process
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, driven and task oriented, as well as ability to work as a teammate; working seamlessly with colleagues around the world
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task daily, handling ongoing tasks as well as ad-hoc issues that demand immediate attention
