An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join the team. As a Marketing Manager you will plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate integrated multi-channel direct marketing campaigns in line with business objectives and targets set.

Provide project management support for key projects within the marketing team and report to the rest of the business on the success of marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, to include DM, telemarketing, social media marketing / selling, and email to achieve campaign targets and objectives.

Compile campaign and reporting requirements based on a series of complex data rules and website functionality and brief internal teams on what is required.

Create data briefs and / or select campaign data. Work with various teams across the business to check, verify and review on a continual basis until campaign go live.

To follow processes to brief, work with and manage the execution of marketing campaigns, tasks and reporting via onshore and offshore marketing and telesales teams, and ensure work is progressing and delivered to agreed timelines and is on budget.

Manage the tracking of campaigns, compile reports / dashboards and review the performance of campaigns across all channels.

Provide detailed analysis and commentary, make recommendations and implement changes where necessary to ensure objectives are met.

Make recommendations on process improvements and tests that can be run to improve the efficiency or performance of campaigns.

Any other duties, as reasonably requested.

Key Skills and Experience

Proven hands on experience of working on offline and online direct marketing campaigns.

Experience of creating and executing or managing data driven marketing campaigns, collateral production and copywriting.

Excellent at compiling data accurately and manipulating, reporting and analysing data.

Extremely good attention to detail.

Experience of working in a commercially driven and competitive environment in marketing roles.

Proven experience of building productive relationships with colleagues and managing a complex network of stakeholders.

Strong project management experience.

Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively.

Experience of improving processes and new ideas.
