Job Purpose :
Key account management for a defined set of customers across the Autodesk Learning Partner Programs, with a key focus on partners based in Germany.
Responsible for maximizing associated lines of revenue, profit and potential lines of business by managing and developing face to face customer relationships.
We offer a home office contract within Europe. Willingness for occasional travel to the partners in Germany is a requirement.
Responsible for all aspects of the Autodesk Learning Partner programs working with the Global and Local teams
Be seen as a trusted advisor by proactively maintaining strategic relationships with key decision makers through face to face customer visits and online account delivery
Form strategic plans to develop and execute against current business and drive growth
Understands Tech Data's core value proposition and demonstrates ability to communicate with context to customer requirements.
Discover and exploit incremental business through excellent customer relationships
Coordinate the engagement of internal resources through strong leadership and relationships with global support, regional Partner Success Managers and program Directors
Gathers information from the customer in order to plan an effective approach that demonstrates an understanding of requirements.
Identify customer needs and problems and look to resolve or escalate in a timely manner
Ensure timely and accurate completion of essential reporting, profiling and general administration within Tech Data systems, including CRM
Maintain and improve customer Service Level Agreements
Knowledge Skills and Experience :
Required Work Experience : at least 1-3 years of relevant experience
Fluent German and English language skills required
Outstanding customer relations skills
Able to communicate using a wide range of tools clearly and effectively with customers. Able to deliver powerful, succinct and convincing presentations to all levels
Gravitas and business credibility are essential
Strategic planning skills
Able to demonstrate capability of having a clear understanding of strategic direction and challenges.
A knowledge of Autodesk Learning Partners, Autodesk Products or Autodesk Business Units is an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
