We are seeking an applicant who is fluent in preferably French or French-Canadian to join our Technical Services team providing excellent technical support to customers across our full range of mobile and computer aps.
Multi-language skills in German, Italian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, or other languages are advantageous.
With the highest level of customer care, you will assist customers with their technical queries on our systems and processes.
There may be a requirement for some weekend and evening work, and this will be discussed in more detail during the recruitment process.
