Obtained or approaching (within 6-12m) professional qualification in project management or a construction industry related discipline
Data centre projects beneficial
Experience of delivering projects from a client project management perspective. Value of projects should be at least £3M construction cost.
Ideally a mix of project experience in both refurbishment & new build.
Experience of administering building construction contracts
