The Travel team at DeepMind provide the wider organisation with high quality, thoughtful travel plans. We ensure all who travel have a smooth and stress free experience, enjoying bespoke arrangements and great in-house support.

In this busy and rewarding role you will join an exceptional bunch of people, providing admin and booking support to our in-

house Travel Team. If you love supporting others, going the extra mile and have fantastic attention to detail then you’ll feel right at home.


  • Daily management of our busy Travel Team inbox, we answer many queries every single day. You will then assign new travel requests to your team-mates.
  • Booking travel and accommodation requirements for colleagues and visitors. Including air, rail, car and hotel.
  • Providing high-quality administrative support on our large-scale travel events, such as conferences and company events.
  • Helping to keep our team on track through scheduling team meetings and updating agendas.
  • Collating and submitting team travel expense reports and candidate reimbursement requests.
  • Maintaining and updating our travel trackers and filing systems meticulously and with care.
  • Providing superb customer service through all communication with your colleagues, visitors and candidates.
  • Actively supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • You have a natural ability to form relationships with people. You put people at ease, develop understanding and instil trust.
  • You’re highly organised, thorough and attentive to detail.
  • You love variety and have a get stuck in mentality - no task is too big or too small
  • You thrive in a team environment, and enjoy supporting others.
  • Experience of making travel bookings would be a bonus, but not essential.
