Your new company

is an in house FM provider based in various sites across the centre of Birmingham. The client own a large number of commercial offices and help provide a service for a variety of organisations on a national level.

You will be based at one of the sites working in the office buildings.

Your new role

In your new role you will help provide basic maintenance across the building, focusing the majority of your time on the overall cleanliness of the building and provide a facilities management service to the buildings.

You will be monitored on the standards of the building overall and will need to provide a high level of customer service to it's clients.

You will, on a daily basis between 8am-9am welcome workers into the buildings whilst maintaining the external environment to the highest of standard.

You will need to be prepared to do a large amount of cleaning in this role.

What you'll need to succeed

A familiar face is important, to succeed in this role you will need to be able to provide a high level of customer service throughout your shifts and be able to be a point of call and a method of resolution when problems occur.

You will have to carry out at least 2 walks around the sites per day to keep on top of everything.

What you'll get in return

Shift patterns can differ from either 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. You will get the opportunity to earn £11 per hour and get paid on a weekly basis.

There may be an opportunity to work every other weekend if requested by the client. You may be required to work in
