We are currently looking for a Senior Associate to join our newly created Prudential Advisory Services (PAS) team, which is part of CRC.

A member of the UK Prudential Advisory Services (PAS) team, providing consultancy services to our financial services client base.
Work will include supporting reviews of client risk management arrangements, prudential calculations, ICAAP, transition to new Investment Firm Prudential Regime on various engagements
From time to time the role may involve supporting the wider London Regulatory Consulting team in various tasks, both internal and client facing
Ensure high-quality standard of client deliverables by having a strong attention to detail
Charted Accountant / CFA / MBA / Master’s degree in finance, or equivalent from an accredited university or college
1 to 4 years of relevant experience for an Analyst level and 3 to 6 years of experience for an Associate level is preferred
Experience in the Financial service industry Banking / Asset Management / Investment Firms
Knowledge of UK regulations (prudential regulations preferable but not essential), willing to invest time and effort into becoming familiar with various regulations and rules (with support from our team)
Experience / interest in working on regulatory / compliance matters
Experience in prudential regulation or risk management is preferable
Ability to work effectively with the numbers
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
A critical thinker who can quickly evaluate, analyse companies and financial information
Strong writing and communication skills as well as excellent analytical skills
Ability to prepare deliverables with a keen eye on formatting and aesthetics
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
Ability to coordinate work effectively with senior colleagues and managers
Demonstrates strong personal integrity and positive attitude towards work
Demonstrates commitment to obtain outstanding results
Demonstrates knowledge and willingness to work long hours as and when required
Demonstrates flexibility to work with different managers and service lines
