In this role, you'll power our five-year growth plan, creating data-driven targeting solutions that uncover new customer bases, enrich our content and inspire loyalty.

This includes the development of tailored Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) models that help us spot and harness opportunities for long-

term growth. From predictive analytics to machine learning, your expertise will ensure our campaign strategy is as advanced as our technology.

What you'll do :

  • Use in-depth insights to define our strategy
  • Dive into Home, TV and Mobile Broadband customer bases
  • Use exploratory analysis methodologies to spot trends and patterns, using results to optimise future plans for the business
  • Create descriptive and predictive analytics to support targeting recommendations e.g. linear regression and trigger identification
  • Engage with stakeholders to consult analytical project requirements, discuss methodologies and negotiate deliverables.
  • You'll definitely :

  • Be an experienced user (5+ years) of analytical applications including SAS, SQL
  • Be confident using data to drive commercial insights
  • Have created propensity models and used them to recommend actions
  • Show excellent communication skills when explaining technical concepts
  • Demonstrate ability to lead a virtual team and negotiate with non-technical stakeholders.
