Responsibilities : I want to and can do that
Strategic Account Director that leads the team with vision, purpose, strategy and able to execute
Named Account generation, penetration, account planning and opportunity management
Negotiate mutually beneficial value with largest Government agency by selling value and return on investment
Work with partners for scalability and customer driven mindset
Leverage sales engineering, in-house specialists and sales enabling resources aligned to your success outcomes
Use our sales methodology and processes effectively
Good corporate citizen two-way flow of meaningful and timely information; work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources
Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management, technical support and marketing
Manage and own executive level relationships to ensure customer driven success aligned to executive outcomes and initiatives
Requirements : I’ve already done that or have that!
Previous direct experience as a Account Director, ideally selling into health services
Proven sector experience and relationships / network is highly preferential
Must have a hunter mentality
Very comfortable in the C suite with a history of closing six and seven-figure software licensing deals
Strong executive presence and polish
Forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy
Outstanding management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, fast-growing, constantly evolving environment
Able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate
Comfortable with travel between customers across the required geography
Significant software experience in any of the following : IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and / or analytics.
Track record of success and knowledge with prospects and customers in the defined territory
