    What will I be doing

    Defining and delivering the roadmap for EUxSelecting, implementing and supporting the correct technology to further improve EUxManaging the full lifecycle of all end user devices (desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers etc)Plan for improved security, scalability and maintainability for all services within EUxTraining and supporting end users on collaboration software and spacesSoftware Licence Management for the full estateEnsuring end users receive the best possible support through our service desk and tech barMaintaining our collaboration spaces around the office, including any AV / VC tech and digital signageManage relationships between third party suppliers, ensuring value on investmentLook for ways to improve the end user experience using existing tech by driving adoptionContinuously measure and look to improve user satisfaction within the businessHire and develop team members, ensuring clear development plans are in placeResponsible for the total budget spend for all devices, licences and resources required
