  • Working within the Advanced Surgery Business Unit to drive divisional sales growth across the product portfolio in targeted competitor accounts
  • Develop a strong pipeline of target accounts and Account Acquisition Plans with the Marketing Manager and Regional Sales Managers
  • Leads the implementation plan for the acquired target accounts and co-ordinates the activity across the organisation.
  • Effectively partner with the sales management, sales consultants and marketing team, to ensure we harness the full extent of our company resources and deliver more than our competitors
  • Co-ordinates and drives the execution of the new modular value proposition aligned to the NHS by providing value based service to new and existing clients
  • Build strong networks of relationships that enable the identification of mutually beneficial opportunities to ensure growth
  • Inform future sales strategy and develop tactical plans including marketing liaison
  • Who you are

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in Medical Device sales, dealing with senior personnel within the NHS theatre environment and procurement / pharmacy managers
  • Demonstrated success in acquisition of competitor business through market analysis, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong commercial acumen including business planning, financial metrics, project management and negotiation
  • Outstanding communication skills, tenacious, strong winning spirit and entrepreneurial approach
  • University degree in Science and / or degree in Business Marketing or Clinical Research
