The role of the Strategy & Performance Transformation team is to work with C-level Executives to identify, structure and solve their most critical strategic issues across the economic and transaction cycles.
As part of a fast-paced and dynamic group, our consultants offer strategic advice on financial, business and operating models to corporate, public sector and private equity clients.
Within the Strategy Group we have an established cost & operating model capability, helping clients across the corporates sector to identify and deliver opportunities to transform their cost base and operating model in line with their strategy.
We work with C-level executives to identify, structure and solve the way that they go about solving these critical strategic issues, often working with many other parts of KPMG.

The Role
As an Associate Director within the Strategy & Performance Transformation team you will (supported by Partners and Directors) work with senior clients to help them solve complex business issues.
Associate Directors lead the design of engagements and have responsibility for day to day delivery. You will work with your team to shape the approach, develop and present your recommendations.
You will play a leading role in business development, proactively managing on-sell and cross-sell opportunities and supporting the identification, pursuit and conversion of new business development opportunities.
