OPM are excited to be working with one of the UK’s most prolific and secure independent game developers, with 3 UK studios now and many fantastic new opportunities on the horizon.

Founded in 2003, this successful developer has had a string of successful titles across all gaming platforms for partners that include Microsoft, SEGA, Sony and many more.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced senior programmer to join the Royal Leamington Spa team, to assist with development of existing console and Windows based projects.

As Lead Programmer for the Leamington Spa studio, you will direct the code team and production to achieve the highest possible quality product, mentoring and leading by example.

REQUIREMENTS :

Extensive proficiency in C++

Extensive professional studio experience in a similar position

Experience in PC and / or console programming

Worked on a minimum of 3 AAA shipped titles

Experience in working with both client and backend server technologies

DESIRED SKILLS :

Communicate effectively within a large multidisciplinary group

Find and fix complex bugs in any area of the project

Plan work and meet deadlines designated for team projects
