About the role.
As our Enjoy People Success Partner, you'll be a balanced advocate for our culture, our people and our business. You’ll play a key role in building and executing our people strategy, and partner closely with our Field and HQ Leadership and Teams.
Solicit opinion and listen to concerns; take initiative to resolve problems
Advise, consult and partner to identify, design and execute people strategies and initiatives (i.e., talent assessment, talent planning, diversity)
Drive talent management strategies across markets to strengthen retention and engagement
Develop and manage people programs and initiatives to drive the People Success strategy (i.e., Lead Expert program, Everyone Improves)
Serve as a thought partner and coach to your client group to enable their success and strengthen performance
Review trends and suggest recommended actions to ensure positive organizational changes and continued employee engagement
Work cross-functionally to drive effective and efficient policies, procedures and programs
Develop standard operating procedures to support the team globally
Collaborate with the global People Team peers in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, ER, Total Rewards, People Ops and Legal to design implement solutions
Leverage reporting and build insight to fuel effective data-based business decisions
Assess and consult on risk and appropriately escalate / action issues; recommend resolutions
Ensure compliance with internal policy and all local and country-specific employment regulations
Complete country related tasks / assignments to support your local client group(s)

Experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist, Business Partner or people manager, preferably at a high growth, technology or retail company
Experience consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions
Strong MS Office, Google Suite skills including Excel and similar software
Experience working in fast paced environments where there are competing priorities
Employee relations experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate the following skills - strategic thought leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, change management and collaboration
Experience working with a broad spectrum of people, from employees in their first job to senior executives
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent successful work
CIPD certification preferred
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
