Enable Health Ltd Nature of the Company : We specialise in quality care for our patients in their own home. Enable Health can provide regular in home visits, live in care and deliver complex care packages.

We don't just care for the elderly, but also those who have been injured, are receiving rehabilitation or have long term ailments.

We are a flexible care provider that look to meet your changing needs. Responsibilities : To strategically manage the branch in order to grow the business, profitably through the recruitment and development of a dedicated team.

To work within the hours of 9.00 am 5pm Monday to Friday with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business. To be prepared to work occasional weekends to support the care team in the field when we have periods of staff shortage or emergencies.

To create and manage local relationships to enhance the brand reputation through the delivery of outstanding customer service and full compliance to care standards as laid out by Enable Health and CQC.

To undertake all the training required to meet the Specific Responsibilities through the Managers Development Plan.To work through and achieve the Level 5 Health and Social Care Managers Qualification within the agreed time.
