As Process Design Specialist - Demand & Supply Planning, you will work alongside the business lead for process area and partner with IT&S & the business area to manage the change from the as-

is ways of working to the to-be ways of working to ensure transition and prompt realisation of value.You will have the ability to drive the transformation, ensuring that the end state in given process area operationally is aligned to expectations of the business leadership.

This role will have an internal (i.e. people impacts) and external (i.e. customer pricing, contracting and process impacts) focus.

You will be working alongside the Lubricants IT Service Portfolio Owners and Nike Programme Delivery Lead (IT&S DevOps) in deployment of business changes through the Nike technical toolkit (and for other core ERP systems as needed).

Key accountabilities :

  • You will be accountable for one or more of the following core Lubricants processes, Lead to Contract & O2C, Planning (Demand / Supply), Manufacturing Operations, Source to Pay, Logistics & Warehousing Operations :
  • As the Process Design Specialist you will take operational changes defined by Business Improvement Manager / Leads and apply your knowledge of end to end strategic view of process, across all impacted functions / business areas and hand-
  • offs to ensure simplified, best in class solution is designed, which optimises business performance and provides excellent customer service

  • You will create and support execution of the Business Change Backlog for area to deliver and evidence incremental business change throughout the lifecycle of the project to phase in business change in readiness.
  • A key objective for you will be to engage with IT&S and business partners to advise and support planning and deployment activities, to ensure steps are taken to effectively embed and sustain change, so that value is maximisedSummary Decision Rights
  • Essential Education :

  • Ideally a degree level education in an analytical field, preferably engineering or strong relevant experience.
  • Essential experience and job requirements :

  • Demonstrable deep experience of successfully delivering business change as part of a major ERP implementation
  • Deep understanding in specified process area and the integration points with other process areas to ensure successful delivery of end to end
  • Tenacious in getting issues resolved (e.g. Change Request, Defects, Business escalations etc.) to avoid delay on critical path.
