Role : Sales Negotiator (Hybrid)
Salary : £25,000 basic + bonus scheme (commission structure)
Contract : Permanent
Based : Evington, Leicester (office based for 3 days, WFH for 2 days)
Monday Friday 9am -5pm

The Company :
A leading supplier of niche technical components into the Commercial Construction industry. Supplying to Contractors who work on high value construction projects, the need has arisen for an addition of an experienced internal sales Account Manager to their team.
The Role :
The purpose of the Sales Negotiator is to assist the Area Sales Managers by following up quotations with prospective customers.
With an outstanding volume of potential orders in excess of £1million, this is a genuinely fruitful opportunity to join a business which will keep you busy making money from day one! Duties will include :
Making outbound calls following up on issued quotations
Establishing the quotation and project status
Liaising with the Field Sales Managers regarding new and existing clients and orders
Turning quotations in to orders to the value of up to £2k per order, including negotiating where necessary
Participating in sales meetings as and when required to provide input on project pipeline information
Keeping track of projects and inputting information on CRM database
Hitting monthly sales targets
Hitting daily call targets
Other duties in line with the scope of the Account Manager role, eg clearing the system of any outdated quotations

Ideally used to working in a similar role as an Account Manager dealing with Construction customers (not essential)
A team player with excellent planning, organisational & problem resolution skills with a driven and focused mindset
