The Role
As a Project Manager in the Middle Office, you will be working at the heart of Jaywing, seamlessly joining the Front and Middle offices together.
Solid experience is required delivering websites, software and / or mobile applications, ideally within an Agency environment.
You should be able to hit the ground running and add instant value to the team.
Project Management
Acts as a champion for the team
Acts as an effective interface between the creative and technical specialists, Account Directors and Account Managers and the client
Able to understand the business needs of the client and take an overview of the user needs in the project
Understands the application of new techniques and new technology to the needs of the client
Able to estimate timescales and cost projects
Has awareness of resource costs
Has complete awareness of resource costs involved in producing a project and is able to identify exactly where in the development cycle the project is at any one point in time
Produces workable plans, defining priorities and setting realistic milestones and deadlines
Ability to monitor and control resources to meet plan
Ability to prioritise, separating the urgent from the unimportant
Ability to identify and react to events threatening the plan

Able to generate and identify new opportunities with the client and then feed these opportunities back to and brief the relevant AM / SAM / AD to pursue
Able to attend meetings and directly manage the client relationship (without the direct assistance of an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Account Director) within the context of the project or projects that they are looking after
Able to identify when it is appropriate to involve other members of their Team and at what level

Take responsibility for the control of project costs and achieving the required gross margin for the business
Take responsibility for the timely and accurate billing to clients
To assist the Accounts & Administration Team in signing off and monitoring supplier invoices
