You will be central to our transformation in data.

You'll have the following responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the development, delivery and maintenance of key data sets that are then used across the business for reporting, analysis, predictive modelling, decisioning.
  • Provide expertise as the subject matter expert (SME) for data areas, owning associated data models, or support the capability and management of tools that are used across the data and digital community.
  • Ensure that the data sets delivered and maintained are of high quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure that any deliveries are thoroughly tested and signed off before providing to end customers.
  • Simplify the delivery of data management tasks by stripping out complexity, duplication and manual delivery.
  • Ensure fit for purpose documentation is maintained for the data assets and processing to aid control and knowledge sharing.
  • Uphold and advocate best practice policies and principles for data development and management.
  • Proactively manage the data dictionary that documents the sources of data currently available.
  • You'll have the following skills & experience

  • B.S. or M.S. in a relevant technical field with data analytics as a key competence.
  • 2-4+ years’ work experience as a Business Analyst, preferred if related to Data Analytics or IT projects.
  • Be proficient, and have extensive experience, with an industry recognised data wrangling platform.
  • Experience in working in Agile environment you understand the importance of continuous, iterative delivery of value, plus the tools and techniques to facilitate this.
  • Agile certification is preferred.

  • Able to demonstrate a value-centric approach to work, driven by delivering measurable value to stakeholders.
  • Strong SQL and analytical skills, and experience of working with data driven teams.
  • Lean black belt certified is a plus as some projects will focus on E2E process efficiencies and lean process re-engineering.
