Change Grow Live’s Brighton based Tenders Team is part of our wider National Business Development Team. We are responsible for sourcing tender opportunities, coordinating the tender process and submitting all responses for the organisation.

You may currently work in any sector, but your excellent time management skills, eye for accuracy and great communication skills are the key things you will bring to this role.

The Role

Working within the Tenders Team as part of our national Business Development Team you will play a key supporting role within the team, contributing to the organisation’s ongoing growth and diversification.

You will have joint responsibility for the opportunity management process and will lead on the completion of organisational information (Selection Questionnaires) as part of the wider bid.

In time you will also be responsible for the final quality assurance, review and submission of bids.

You will work collaboratively with regional Business Development Teams, operational teams and central support services to complete the submission documents to the highest standard.

As part of the Tenders Team you will also be responsible for ensuring our systems and processes remain up to date and actively contribute to quality improvement.

Ultimately you will play a key support role within the team helping us deliver on our organisational mission, strategy and values.

About You

You’ll be a confident and competent communicator with excellent organisational skills and a good eye for detail.

You’ll have proven experience of preparing documents to a high standard (populating, reviewing, proofing and formatting) and will be able to write well.

You’ll have good IT skills and be confident at navigating your way around websites and procurement portals.

You’ll be proactive and solution focused, keen to contribute to systems development and open to both giving and receiving feedback.

You are genuinely interested to learn more about the people we work with and the work we do.

You are more than comfortable with new technology, and you are excited to discover new ways of applying these technologies you want to share this enthusiasm with others.

You’ll share our passion for our values and mission, and you’ll be ready to work hard to achieve these.

Above all, you’ll want to use your skills and experience to support and contribute to winning tenders for services that help people to make positive changes in their lives.

Salary Range

CGL points 27 to 32 (£25682.65 - £30255.61)
