About the role
Our Business Analysts (BAs) collaborate across multiple feature teams, completing detailed analysis on assigned journeys, features and epics.
The BA team help with creation and management of the product backlog, gathering requirements and refining into the development teams, actively supporting with cross team dependencies.
We are Agile, therefore active involvement in the core agile ceremonies and our 3-2-1 design cycle leading through to delivery of value adding features is a core requirement of the role.
You are an experienced Business Analyst and will have previously worked within a technology environment. You will have built end to end implementation of a payments technology solution and defined the scope of new innovative payments product offerings.
Knowledge and understanding of common payment schemes (such as FPS, BACS, CHAPS, SEPA, SEPA INSTANT, SWIFT), scheme standards, data formats, and practical back office implementations are all core requirements of prospective applicants, as well as detailed knowledge of payment data formats including ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT101, 102, 103 standards.
