Our product team bridges the gap between the hospital and the data center, providing voice of the customer to our engineering teams.
The Director of Product leads a team of highly driven and accomplished Product Managers, and provides guidance to our Clinical Innovation Fellows (the latter being data-savvy medical doctors, typically graduates of training programs in informatics or CS)
Product management leadership includes : Setting product vision and designInterfacing extensively with product end users (typically healthcare system based or tech industry)Leading the development of all product documentation, including Quality Management related (QMS)Maintaining quality and other standards, conducting performance tracking and reporting, identifying and assessing new opportunities for innovative & transformative product development
Program management leadership includes : Leading, via product managers and a technical project manager, several cross-functional teams comprised of researchers, data scientists, data engineers and software developersEnsuring efficient use of project resources, managing product planning & release timetables
An accomplished manager with rich experience in product leadership in regards to product development. A professional who can both communicate with software developers and machine learning scientists, as well as understand the 'big picture' and know how to support the needs of the business.
Bachelor’s Degree in technical field, or significant technical experience, required. Advanced engineering / quantitative degree or MBA is preferred
7+ years of product management experience with technical and / or healthcare products, owning the execution of end-to-end programs
5+ years of experience leading product development team efforts, ideally headcount of 10+
Experience in a software development environment, and in agile development methodologies
Experience in healthcare and medical devices, including experience with FDA regulatory processes, is preferred
Experience in developing machine learning products is preferred
